QiantCodex Terms of Service

QiantCodex is operated by QIANTANG SOFTECH LIMITED. References to “QiantCodex,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the platform operated by that company.

These Terms govern your access to qiantcodex.com and its catalog, search, account, checkout, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this website.

1. Marketplace service

QiantCodex provides discovery and marketplace services for digital products. A listing may be fulfilled directly through QiantCodex or may link to an independent author or external marketplace. The product page and checkout flow identify the applicable transaction path.

When you complete a purchase with a third party, you also agree to that provider’s terms, license, privacy, support, and refund policies. QiantCodex is not the seller of record for a transaction paid directly to a third party.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it in violation of access controls, distribute malware, commit fraud, bypass payment or license controls, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product information and pricing

Product descriptions, compatibility data, previews, ratings, sales figures, and update dates may originate from authors or external data providers. We work to keep listings useful and current but cannot guarantee that every field is complete or error-free. External prices and availability may change without notice. The final price and terms shown at the point of payment control the transaction.

4. Digital licenses and intellectual property

A purchase provides only the license or access rights stated in the applicable listing. It does not transfer ownership of source code, trademarks, media, or other intellectual property. Product names, previews, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listing a product does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

5. Compatibility and security

You are responsible for reviewing system requirements, supported versions, dependencies, and license scope before purchase or installation. Back up your environment and test digital products safely. Do not install code from an untrusted or unverified source.

6. Payments, delivery, support, and refunds

Payments completed on QiantCodex are subject to the checkout terms, Digital Delivery Policy, Digital Product Refund Policy, and applicable payment-provider rules. Product support is limited to what the listing or author expressly includes.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, remove, or restrict features or listings for maintenance, security, legal compliance, data quality, or business reasons. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and listings are provided on an “as available” basis. QiantCodex does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party software will meet every requirement. QiantCodex is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from external products or services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and governing rules

We may suspend access for fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections of the jurisdiction responsible for the transaction.
