Digital Delivery Policy

QiantCodex is operated by QIANTANG SOFTECH LIMITED. This policy applies to digital delivery managed directly through QiantCodex.

QiantCodex is a digital-product marketplace. Products listed on this website do not require physical shipping or store pickup.

1. Delivery methods

Depending on the listing, delivery may occur through an account download, license or access instructions, email, or a redirect to an independent author or external marketplace. The product page and checkout identify the applicable method.

2. Timing

Access controlled by QiantCodex is normally made available after successful payment verification. Fraud review, payment-provider delay, maintenance, or incorrect account information may delay delivery. Check your account history and spam folder before requesting assistance.

3. External fulfillment

When a listing links to another provider, delivery, downloads, license keys, updates, and account access are handled by that provider under its terms. QiantCodex cannot issue credentials or restore access held exclusively by a third party.

4. Customer responsibilities

Provide a valid email address, keep account access secure, review system requirements before purchase, download only from the identified provider, scan files appropriately, and maintain backups. A digital license is a limited right to use the product and does not transfer ownership.

5. Delivery problems

If a payment made directly to QiantCodex is confirmed but access is missing, contact support with the order number and product name. Eligible unresolved cases are handled under the Digital Product Refund Policy.
